Self Awareness
Self Awareness is the ability to recognize and understand one's own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as how they impact oneself and others. It is an important aspect of emotional intelligence and personal growth.
Self-awareness involves being able to reflect on one's own experiences, identify personal strengths and weaknesses, and understand how one's thoughts and emotions influence their behavior. It requires a certain level of introspection and honesty with oneself.

Self-awareness can be developed through a variety of practices such as mindfulness, journaling, therapy, and feedback from others.
There are two types of self-awareness: internal self-awareness (understanding one's own emotions, values, and motives) and external self-awareness (understanding how others perceive us).
Self-awareness is not the same as self-consciousness or self-centeredness. Self-consciousness is the tendency to be overly aware of oneself in social situations, while self-centeredness is the tendency to focus solely on oneself and disregard the needs of others.
Lack of self-awareness can lead to negative consequences such as poor decision making, difficulty in building relationships, and inability to recognize and address personal weaknesses.
Developing self-awareness can be a lifelong process, and requires ongoing reflection and self-examination. It is important to approach self-awareness with a growth mindset, rather than a fixed mindset, in order to continue learning and growing.
